WHO CAN REPRESENT YOU?

Immigration representatives must be either members in good standing of a provincial or territorial law society, members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec, or members of the governing body for immigration consultants (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)).

Immigration consultants are professionals who, in return for fees, provide people with advice, consultation services, assistance or representation services with regard to their applications to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Immigration Consultants are subject to the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and must be members of the ICCRC in order to perform their duties in Canada.
